Can Your Phone Utilize the New Features Added by Android’s AI Circle to Search Tool?

The Circle to Search feature on Android, which leverages Gemini AI to enable you to look up particular segments of photos or movies online, is becoming increasingly robust. Google said that Android users with eligible devices will now be able to share their Circle to Search results with friends and family during Tuesday’s Made by Google event.

Circle to Search is similar to a faster, AI-powered version of Google Lens in that it lets you circle any area of your screen with your finger or any input device to do a visual search.

Holding down on your home button or making a gesture will enable Circle to Search whenever you notice a product, such as apparel, electronics, or appliances, in pictures or videos on your Android phone.bar, after which you may circle those items to get additional pictures and possibly locate stores where you can buy them.

How to utilize Circle to Search


Now is the moment to utilize Circle to Search whether your phone or tablet is compatible.

Press and hold the home button in the navigation bar from anywhere on your Galaxy or Pixel device, then select the new Circle to Search option that shows up the first time you bring it up. Following your usage of thefunction once, it’ll become the default search tool, activated everytime you press and hold the home button, instead of Google Assistant.

Once enabled, you may search on Google by tapping, scribbling, or circling any area of your screen with your finger. A star on Instagram, a light in the background of a TikTok, or an old T-shirt on eBay are just a few examples of things you may Circle to Search if you’re not sure what to look for. The possibilities are genuinely endless.

After selecting Circle to Search, a panel will appear at the bottom of the screen, which you may swipe up to examine.When you press and hold the home button, it will take the place of Google Assistant as the primary search tool.

While the other options in the Circle to Search box provide other ways to buy the pants or pants that appear similar at different price ranges, the first option in the screen is a direct connection to the Louis Vuitton website to buy them.

You may input a prompt to obtain more customized results by using Circle to Search, oran AI synopsis for the item you’re looking for. For instance, you may ask Circle to Search to provide you with a vegan recipe if you circle a plate of bolognese.

I searched “Find on Grailed,” an online marketplace for old luxury apparel that typically has more inexpensive alternatives, to check whether the trousers were available somewhere for less money. Only grailed listings for the Louis Vuitton jeans were displayed in the results.

You may see your search history in your Google settings by tapping the three-dot button in the top-right corner of Circle to Search, but no screenshots of your searches are stored.

To exit Circle to Search when you’re done, just use the back button.the outcomes of the search.
